The Two Princesses of Bamarre is by Gail Carson Levine and is about two very close sisters named Meryl and Addie who are complete opposites. Meryl is brave, strong, and fearless, whileas Addie is scared of everything from spiders to dragons. Everything is perfect until the last person Addie thought would ever catch the Gray Death, Meryl, falls deathly ill. That is when Addie decides to go on a quest to find the cure for the Gray Death, a cure which thousands have seeked, but have never found. On her adventure, she meets specters, dragons, fairies, sorcerers, and many more different types of creatures. She learns to be brave and to fight for herself while she is on this long and dengerous journey.
