It's Not How Good You Are, It's How Good You Want To Be.

This book is about teaching you things when you become older and when you get a job (when it applies to me). There are lots of points the book brings up but one of my favourite are: How great do you want to be? quite good, good, very good, the best in your field, or the best in the world?
This book is more for adults and you probably can understand it better when you are an adult, so I don't really reccomend you guys to read this book, though it is pretty interesting.
