Dog Days

'Dog Days ' is another hilarious book in the Wimpy kid's series. In this series Greg want's to have a pet but he doesn't have enough money and on the other hand he and his friend Rowley have to pay back the cash amount they've been using in clubs with their parents name. They do not know how to get money so they decide to have a job. Greg and Rowley decides to be a gardener so they make posters to catch peoples attention. They only caught the attention of an old lady who in the end didn't like their work and denies to pay them. Now, they have got only one chance of getting the money and that is by joining Mom's Reading Club and persuading her to show some mercy on them. Everyone leaves the club and Greg is the only one stuck with her mother. His birthday is coming up and no one is interested. On the day of birthday Greg receives nothing of his will and the money that he gets as a birthday present from some of the families is given to the club where he had been spending money.

There are more uninteresting things waiting for Greg which he has to face like his fathers dog sleeping in his bed.
