Reading Challenge- Time Riders

This is a fast paced adventure book. It is really interesting and actions, although it may be a little confusing. It starts when 3 kids who are about to die at completely different times Liam O’Connor (16, 1912), Maddy Carter (18, 2010), and Sal Virkam (13, 2026) are plucked from certain death by a man, and brought to 2001. The man introduces himself as Foster, and he says that the 3 have been recruited by an agency to stop time travelers from changing the world. He says time travel was invented by a man called Ernest Waldestien in 2044, and when he went through the portal and came back out a changed man. He vetoed governments to ban time travel, for he was convinced it would be the end of them, and eventually governments agreed, but he showed it could be done, so everyone was secretly building their own machines. He says when the past is changed; the future is too, so they must stop it. Meanwhile, in 2066, a man called Dr. Paul Krammer and a group of men leave their dying world of a cramped 9 billion people to change history. Meanwhile, Foster introduces a support unit, a 7-foot artificially grown muscled man, and the 3 decide to call him Bob. After their first training mission, Krammer sets off a chain reaction that makes Germany win WW2, and the world ruled orderly but colorlessly, buy the Greater Reich. Liam an dBob must go into the past and stop Krammer, before he can set a much more terrifying future to reality-a total apocalypse. I like this book a lot. It is adventures and filled with action, though it might be a litle confusing for some people. Overall, I think it is a really good book. 8.8/10
