Lush is a book by Natasha Friend and is about a girl named Samantha whose father is an alcoholic. His hangovers and him coming home late drove the family crazy. Sam started to write notes talking about her dad to a girl at the library by leaving them in a particular book and them swaping lettes. It turned out that he was a guy. Its a mediocre book so I don't particuarly reccomend the book.
