This book is about the adventure of Cian and his sister's Jo after he found out about the family's curse. It was his duty to break the curse or it would chase after him forever. It all started when Cian and his family went on holiday to his great uncle's spooky house that he left him in the will. One night, he saw a blue flash outside the window and then he told the keeper of the house, MRS.BARRY. She told him everything about the curse and his family's treasure that Grimstone the ghost wanted to take from them. The adventure started when Mrs.Barry got a heart attack and his mom went away with her to the hospital, left Jo and Cian alone at home. They had to fight against the ghost and break the curse before that day ended or he would die. This is a great book to read, exciting and a fast-paced adventure.
