Percy Jackson & The Olympians - The Battle of the Labyrinth

This magical and wonderful book is unbelievable. It’s amazing. It’s spectacular. It’s a truly wonderful and imaginative book. This is an overview of the entire 361 pages of fun.

Percy comes back again with another wonderful book of his action packed life. Percy was going to a new school called Goode. The Principle is his mother’s boyfriend so he got in there for free. At his orientation Percy found out that another half blood went to his school her name is Rachel. Strange and wonderful things happened in that orientation. These 2 cheerleaders stalked Percy and Rachel. Percy and Rachel went into the music room and hid behind some bongo drums. Rachel’s power is that she can see through the mist (a layer of dust which effects how something or someone appear). After being attacked by Empousai cheerleaders at his new school, Percy returns to camp half-blood and learns about "The Labyrinth', part of the palace of King Minos, in Crete, according to Greek mythology, was designed by Daedalus. During a game of capture the flag at the camp, Annabeth and Percy find an entrance into the Labyrinth. Percy soon learns that Luke had used the entrance and will lead his army through the Labyrinth straight in to the heart of Camp Half-Blood.

Using the Labyrinth, Percy has to try to find Daedalus so Luke cannot get Ariadne's string therefore foiling Luke's invasion. Ariadne's string is used to navigate the Labyrinth. Following the orals words Percy travels to Mt. St. Helen's , causing it to erupt, and wiping his energy out. After being treated for burns by Calypso, Percy gets the help he needs from Rachel, who proves herself by hitting Kronos in the eye with a blue plastic hairbrush. Kronos finds out that Nico di Angelo is a son of Hades and also could be the child of the big prophecy. Luke reaches Daedalus and gets Ariadne's string. Using the magical instrument, he leads his army and attacks camp. Grover comes to the rescue and causes a panic to scare away the enemy. After the battle, Daedalus sacrifices himself to close the labyrinth, which is tied to his life.
