This book is about a girl named Cammie that goes to a school full of spies. One day her friend Macey and herself went to Boston because Maceys dad was running to be president. They go up to the roof of a building and they get almost kidnapped but they got free and they were found by the school teachers. Macey broke her arm and got alot of bruises and Cammie only got a few bruises. Cammie remembers from the night that she saw a certain ring that one of the kidnappers had and she also remembered that the robbers said get her when they were also with this famous guy so they figured out that the people were after Macey but they didn't know why. Later on they find out that Macey was a descendant from Gilly Gallagher, the finder of their school. One day Macey overhears Cammie and Zach talking about how the kidnappers are going after Macey because of her relation to Gilly, so Macey thinks that the only reason that she was aloud in the Gallagher Academy for exceptional young woman was because they had to.
