Sweethearts is a realistic novel by Sara Zarr. It is about a girl named Jennifer Harris who had a horrible childhood with her only best friend, Cameron Quick. He suddenly disappeared, and her mom told her that he had died. She is now in highschool, known as Jenna Vaughn, and has everything she couldn't have before but she still can't forget her lost friend. Suddenly, he returns after 8 years and reminds her of her past. Wil her life be the same again?
