Soul Eater - book 7

Soul Eater is the 3rd in the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness, after Torak has destroyed the bear that would destroy the forest, and the sage that tried to spread a deadly sickness through the clans.

Torak must now face the deed that he had known he must fight, since his father was killed by the demon bear. Torak journeys all the way from the forest, to the land of ice in search of his enemies, his fate was finally taking action, and it would seal the destiny of the forest.

It starts off when Torak's beloved Wold was captured by an unknown person, or people. Little did he know that it was the Soul Eaters, and they did not know they captured the guide to their enemy's son. Torak sets off without warning, bringing his friend Renn with him, as with all his journeys since Fa died.

They cross all paths, over the giant ice river and past the white fox clan. Torak Spirit walks in a raven, and he realizes they are chasing the soul eaters, but he restrains from telling Renn in fear that she may turn back.
