Violet, Klaus and Sunny get washed up on an island after enduring a storm at sea. At first, life is okay, simple and plain like everyone else, but later on, Count Olaf appears and threatens to unleash a deadly type of fungus which will kill everyone. They must decide weather to let everyone perish or go against their parents dying wishes.... this is an exciting book which answers a lot of mysteries brought up in the previous books. i love it!
