Rayne is a girl that has always wanted to be a vampire and when she meets Magnus she finally gets her chance but when he accidentally bites her twin sister Sunny it changes her life. A recent Vampire hunter killed the coven's king Magnus rises to the throne which means that sunny is the new queen. While Bertha the vampire hunter gets killed in her job Rayne is chosen to be the next in line for Vampire hunting. While she investigates in a blood bar she goes undercover as one of the donors and she meets a Deputy of the coven, Jareth, that mistaken s her with her twin sister sunny but later on he speaks with Magnus and finds out that she is Rayne and helps her find and stop the evil Maverick. As Rayne is close to stopping Maverick she gets injected by the virus and is bound to die in three days but before then Jareth risks his life to save her.
