I think this book is a good book and interesting because of the interesting plot and characters. The plot overview starts out when the 12 year old girl Stephanie Edgley discovers there is magic in the world and along with the skeleton detective skullduggery pleasant and they try and stop a mysterious being from getting the most powerful weapon in existance.
The gerne is adventure/fantasy and the auothor is Derek Landy. It is the first book in a series.

Oh, I've seen this book in the library.
But it looks like a weird boook, and I wouldn't want to read it.
