This book is really funny, Matilta is and adopted child but can control things with her mind. They already made a DVD about it. Her parents are very mean and say lots of mean things to her. Her principalis very mean because she hits the students that are just abit silly. I really enjoy reading it.

Yeah, I really like this book, too. But I truly wonder one thing, why does matilda's power to control things dissapeared when she skipped grades? Do you that, too? I think Matilda is a genius of somekind. I hate Ms.trunchbell because she is so nasty to little children!!
