The Witch Family by Eleanor Estes

This fabulous book is about two little girls aged five who likes to draw witches, they draw the old witch and they also make up stories about her. But when one day, they "banished" the old witch to live in a lonely house by herself, they met the wicked ancient witch that they created, they firstly freaked out. But gradually, they started to get used to the bad habits she have while she slowly changed them into good habits. After some times later, the two girls found themselves pitying the old witch since she has to live on her own, therfore they decided to create another little with to have companion as the old witch. The ancient witch gradually turned from disliking the little witch to loving and taking care of her just like she was actually her mother.

This story gives us the moral that if you are determined to improve yourself and take action to it, you will always be able to do it, this book also tells us the moral that there is not one person who is completely bad and there is no person in the world that is perfect. I think this author has a quite good skill at impling things. I read this book in Year 6. I hope you will like it!
