Its a book about a man who got out of jail three years before he was suppose to he didnt break out he was on parole (i read this book in class) so his family was worried that he had broken out.
they decided to go to California because there was nothing to do in Oklahoma, it was just miles of dust and dirt, so they took of in the morning. Its really exciting how they traveled to California in a huge van (kind of like and R.V). Its a great book you should relly read it. Ihope you book readers read this book!!!!!!!!!!!

its because this family is going to pick grapes in a place called wrath and i forgot to put by john steinbeck
well i haven't read any of his books this is my first on! i really do enjoy this book its like some really poor family leaving there town on a trip with less money and less food.
